Which is better, Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 Ultimate or Adobe Photoshop Elements?

I need some input. I am not a professional, I love photography and want a program with options and capabilities. I also mess with some experimental photography

There are advantages to both. I have both, but rarely use PSP. Elements that are better in general and there are many plugins, many of release for a fee, to increase the capacity of the elements that a small powerful program even more powerful.
