Adobe Photoshop CS3 serial number problems?

I downloaded the 30-day trial of Adobe Photoshop CS3, and used it all the way until it was sold. Then There is the option that says he can write a serial number for Adobe Photoshop CS3 to get the full product. I have a serial number for Adobe Photoshop CS3, and tried to use it to get the full product. However, my serial number consists of 20 numbers, but there are 24 blank spaces where it asks for me to introduce a serial number. Does anyone know a solution to this problem? Because I have the serial number of Adobe Photoshop CS3 discount disc. So I do not understand why the number does not match the number of spaces. Any help?
