I wondered what would be a good calibration program to calibrate my computer monitor for Photoshop?

Now I have a Dell monitor and color seems be off when I compare the images of this monitor to another.

You can calibrate their own devices – printer, scanner, monitor, etc using Photoshop is quite a long process though – see http://www.computer-darkroom.com/ps10_colour/ps10_1.htm There's not much you can do about other peoples' devices however. There are color variations in all the printers and monitors.
