How to clean lines and photos in Photoshop?
like this: I know people http://yaichino.deviantart.com/art/Frozen-Dragon-108200234 to image whole, as before, entirely in Photoshop. I have a tablet but I can not figure out how to make the lines so small and soft only in photoshop! If you can find any specific support in this regard, immediate response and better. thanks!

One is to develop your drawing skills first, worry about using Photoshop secondly, because ultimately, is only a tool.
