How to get rid of those annoying lines in photoshop?

I'm using Photoshop, but not these annoying grid lines can not find out how to get rid of my image

You can have these networks or guides on. So, to disable them or to see if they still in, click the View menu and go down to the Show. This will let you know if these options are on or off. If there is a check mark next to the item that appears. Click to clear it. Hope this helps, good luck.
