Photoshop bullet-shaped heart.?

I am looking for an address or a tutorial on how to make a heart VINETTE Photoshop CS3. Someone know how?

Once you have your image on the screen, draw a heart shape. (Using the custom shape tool – about five from the bottom in the tool palette). (As form tool is a bit like Casper the ghost) Then open Windows-> path. Click the little traingle indow path and select "Make selection map." Make sure the path of feathers. Its heart-shaped trajectory is now a selection. All right now have to do is reverse the selection and darken the outer areas through the use of "levels" or "curves." If you have not downloaded the different forms, you can do this by clicking the small triangle – upper right corner of the window of custom shapes and download the forms you need. The forms are all in it's preset "folder in Photoshop.
