Eraser Wacom Bamboo tablet is not working!?

I have a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet for Christmas and I have just had installed on my desktop but only recently has a laptop and now everything is different. The eraser does not work. Not sensitive to pressure more and more. However, the only two I really want fixed are sensitive to pressure and remove the problems. For the eraser, everything that I used to have to do is flip the pen over to erase, but to do that. I went to Pen Tablet and put options to delete, but when I got Photoshop, not work. You know what to do? On the sensitive issue of pressure, I am quite sure how to configure it for art pressure-sensitive, I suppose, but yes there should be so, but does NOT work! Can someone please help me?!!
